Returns & Exchanges:
We will gladly exchange any item that is defective or damaged.
We will accept returns for website credit or exchange only within 10 days of receiving your order. We will put the website credit directly onto your account or email a gift card, or exchange in stock items as soon as we receive the item(s) that is being exchanged. Items must be like new with tags showing no signs of wear or wash in order for store credit to be given.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to get your return or exchange started. Customer will be responsible for packaging items to be shipped back.
Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email email@example.com.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Custom orders are typically shipped directly from our fulfillment centers based in Alabama & Texas. Some custom orders will ship in more than one shipment. All in stock items are shipped from Ruston, Louisiana via UPS or USPS and take 1-4 days to arrive depending on the distance from our shop.
