shipping + returns

I am so sorry your MPD purchase did not meet your expectations. If you need to return or exchange an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the merchandise, we will refund or give store credit for the amount minus shipping. Items must be like new with tags showing, no signs of wear or wash in order for store credit to be given. Please email orders@mallorypattersondesign.com with your order number to get your return or exchange started. Customer will be responsible for packaging items to be shipped back.

 

Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email orders@mallorypattersondesign.com.

 

All in stock items are shipped from Ruston, Louisiana via UPS or USPS within 3 days of ordering. Custom orders are typically shipped directly from our fulfillment centers based in Alabama & Texas. Some custom orders will ship in more than one shipment.
